The 2004 Olympic relay gold medallist – known as the Darlaston Dart – won the London Games in Lee Valley in 6.59secs.
The time placed him equal second in the world rankings.
The Birchfield Harrier, who has been plagued by a succession of Achilles injuries in the past two seasons will be looking to replicate his form at the World Indoor Trials in two weeks time.
Meanwhile, Aldridge long distance specialist Debbie Walters claimed victory for Birchfield at the Midland Women's Cross Country League meeting at Wyken Croft Park last weekend.
Darlaston Dart Mark Lewis Francis showed glimpses of his best in London last weekend.
